Our spacious showroom allows us to provide you with a large selection of quality patient care products, mobility, and access items. Our 27,000 square foot facility is located at 800 Central Avenue in Charlotte, NC. We have been proudly serving the Carolinas since 1958.
We service everything we sell, so when you purchase an item from us you can rest assured that our technical support staff will provide maintenance and repair service when you need it. We service everything from the simplest to the most complicated. We make house calls, too!
When you need medical equipment and you are covered by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, our medical billing staff can handle the red tape for you to determine if you qualify for reimbursement on approved items.
Your order can be delivered to you by our driver technicians who will carefully set up and/or install your equipment, then train you how to properly use it.
When architectural barriers such as stairs, curbs, or porches limit access to certain areas of your home or workplace, our mobility department staff can come to your home and evaluate your needs and give you a free estimate on installation of a stair lift, ramp, wheelchair lift, or other device that will give you the access you need.
Our rehabilitation technology specialists are highly skilled at determining the exact product to properly serve your mobility and seating needs. Evaluation and assessment services are our specialty. We work closely with your doctor, clinician or care-giver to make certain that you get exactly what you need.
